FAQ

Common pre-project questions

Short answers to typical project logistics and technical prep questions.

What is your standard turnaround?

Standard turnaround is 3-5 business days for singles and 5-8 business days for EP/album projects, depending on complexity.

How many revisions are included?

Two revision rounds are included per track. Additional revisions can be quoted clearly before work continues.

What file formats should I send?

Please send stereo 24-bit WAV or AIFF mixes, exported at the mix session sample rate, with at least -6 dB peak headroom.

How do you handle loudness for streaming?

Masters are shaped for musical impact first, then checked against current platform normalization behavior to avoid avoidable artifacts.

Do you offer stem mastering?

Yes. Stem mastering is available as an add-on when a track needs targeted control beyond stereo mastering.

How should I prepare mixes before sending?

Disable limiters on the mix bus unless intentional, remove clipping, print clean fades, and include notes plus reference tracks.
