As original records are physical and often irreplaceable, all vinyl projects should be sent in secure packaging. Tracked delivery is recommended, and return shipping will be confirmed as part of the booking process.

Please label packages clearly and mention any known wear, damage, warping, or playback issues in the inquiry so handling and expectations can be planned properly before the record is sent.

Vinyl is handled with reasonable care throughout transfer, restoration, storage, and return, but original media remains inherently fragile. Tracked and where appropriate insured shipping is strongly recommended, and any service-related liability is limited to the amount paid, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
