Your responsibility

You must only upload audio that you own or have permission to use.

You are responsible for clearing all rights in the following material:

  • Beats
  • Samples
  • Loops
  • Vocals
  • Stems
  • Remixes
  • Covers
  • AI-generated music
  • Synthetic or cloned voices
  • Client material

What Finite Mastering does not clear for you

Finite Mastering does not clear samples, publishing rights, producer rights, artist permissions, or third-party licences on your behalf.

If a complaint is received

If a copyright complaint is received, Finite Mastering may pause the order, remove files, request proof of rights, suspend access, or take other reasonable action.

How to send a takedown complaint

Copyright and takedown complaints should be sent through the contact page on this website and marked clearly as a copyright or takedown request. Please include enough detail to identify the material, explain the complaint, and show that you are authorised to make the request.
